💰 Refund & Deposit Policy

🏦 Refundable Deposit System

Aqua Raya operates on an eco-friendly refundable deposit model. To maintain our premium BPA-free jars and ensure their return, we collect a one-time refundable deposit of Rs 1200 per bottle. This deposit is fully refundable when you return the jar in good condition.

✅ Conditions for Full Refund

• Jar must be returned within 14 days of cancellation request.
• No major cracks, broken caps, or excessive damage (minor scratches acceptable).
• Original invoice / proof of deposit must be presented.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

• Lost jars or missing caps.
• Jars returned after 30 days from service termination (partial refund may apply).
• Intentional damage or misuse.

🔄 Order Cancellation & Bottle Exchange

If you wish to cancel your subscription or return bottles permanently, simply notify us 3 days in advance. Our team will schedule jar collection. The deposit refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7 working days. For bottle exchange (swapping empty for full), no additional deposit is required — only the refill cost applies.
