📋 1. Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Aqua Raya's mineral water supply services, including bottle delivery, subscription plans, and any related interactions with our website, WhatsApp ordering, or customer support. By placing an order, making a deposit, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

🚚 2. Delivery & Service Terms

  • Delivery Area: Contact us to verify coverage.
  • Delivery Schedule: Standard delivery within 24-48 hours from order confirmation. Same-day delivery available for urgent requests (additional charges may apply).
  • Order Confirmation: All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call. You will receive a delivery tracking number.
  • Failed Deliveries: If our delivery partner cannot reach you after 3 attempts, the order may be canceled. Refund for the bottle cost (excluding deposit) will be processed within 14 days.
  • Minimum Order: No minimum order requirement — even single bottle deliveries are accepted.

💰 3. Pricing, Deposits & Payments

  • Bottle Prices: Regular price Rs 600 per 19L bottle. Limited offers: First bottle FREE, second bottle 50% off (Rs 300).
  • Refundable Deposit: Rs 1200 per bottle — fully refundable upon return of undamaged jar (see Refund Policy for details).
  • Payment Methods: Cash on delivery, bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and credit/debit cards (via secure gateway).
  • Late Payments: For subscription plans, payments are due on the 1st of each month. Late payments may incur a Rs 100 late fee after 7 days.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 15 days' notice via WhatsApp or email.

🔄 4. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Bottle Return: Empty jars can be exchanged for full ones during regular delivery. No additional deposit required.
  • Service Cancellation: To cancel your subscription or return all bottles permanently, notify us at least 3 business days in advance.
  • Deposit Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after jar inspection and approval.
  • Quality Complaint: If you receive damaged or substandard water, report within 6 hours of delivery. We will replace the bottle FREE of charge.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Delivery charges, promo order discounts, and bottles consumed cannot be refunded.

👥 5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate delivery address and contact information.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.
  • Handle bottles with care — excessive damage (cracks, broken caps) may reduce deposit refund amount.
  • Notify us immediately if you notice any quality issues with the water.
  • Do not refill Aqua Raya jars with external water; this violates hygiene standards and voids the deposit.

🛡️ 6. Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

Aqua Raya warrants that our water meets the highest safety and purity standards as stated. However, we are not liable for:

  • Health issues arising from improper storage after delivery (e.g., exposure to sunlight or contamination after opening).
  • Delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions).
  • Indirect or consequential damages beyond the replacement value of the product.

Our total liability is limited to the invoice value of the specific order. We do not assume liability for third-party delivery incidents once the bottle is handed over to the customer.

🔒 7. Privacy & Data Use

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect personal data only to process orders and improve service. We do not sell or share your information with unrelated third parties. By using our services, you consent to receiving transactional and promotional messages via WhatsApp/SMS. You may opt out anytime by replying "STOP".

8. Modification of Terms

Aqua Raya reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page or via direct communication. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan, under the rules of the Pakistan Arbitration Act. Any legal action must be filed within 6 months of the incident.

By placing an order with Aqua Raya, making a deposit, or receiving our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
